Franklin Pondside Market Rules & Regulations

1. All payments must be made before Market Day, NO EXCEPTIONS

2. Exhibitors will place all trash in provided receptacles, vendors will be charged for excess trash.

3. If it’s illegal, don’t sell it.

4. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED AT THE VENUE.

5. NO SMOKING NOT ALLOWED AT THE VENUE.

6. Absolutely NO  OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED at the venue, if you are found in possession of  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES  you will be asked to leave immediately without refund of any monies.
